CancerCon Live 2025 - Exhibit Sponsor Registration

Thank you for your interest in supporting CancerCon Live 2025 as an Exhibit Sponsor in our Exhibit Hall! CancerCon® is the annual gathering for those affected by adolescent and young adult cancer. Each year, CancerCon® brings together hundreds of patients, survivors, caregivers, advocates, and health professionals to build community and connect adolescents and young adults to critical resources.

Friday, August 22:        5:30 - 7:00 pm EST
Saturday, August 23:  8:30 - 9:30 am EST
                                                1:00 - 2:00 pm EST
Sunday, August 24:      8:45 - 9:45 am EST
                                            
[Set up: Thur 12 pm - 4 pm and Fri 9 am - 1 pm. Break down: Sun 10:00 - 11:30 am.]
